” FRYNET R” to prevent dust scattering at developed lands or construction sites. Organic resource of plant-derived is the main material ( biomass ) . The product itself is safe to humans , and since it has the “biodegradable” , you will not have to harm the soil after use . In addition , It shows an effect by simply spraying adjustnig the dilution rate to match the dust-proof period .

Nature and earth-friendly

• Because biomass is the main material for it, it is safe to plants and animals and the human body, and of course, contribute to the prevention of global warming.
• Without contaminating the soil was sprayed for the plant material with a biodegradable, will return to the original soil naturally.

Prevention of blown sand and dust, and control

• Polymer resin derived from nature combine the soil particles. It show an effect of anti-blown and sand-dust at developed lands and construction sites.
• Permeability of the soil will be maintained even after construction, turf-grass will germinate and develop naturally.

Simple construction without special equipment

• Scattering is not required to use special equipments or technology.
• Simply spray the diluent, it affect immediately after drying.

How to construct

（1）Preperation for construction	If the installation location is rough, break-point there in advance. Construction surface is better to be removed dust and loose rock in advance and bulldozed or had roller compaction lightly. If the sites are intensely dry in summer, in order to make it easier to penetrate this chemical to the soil, please apply water construction places beforehand. ※The construction date or the day before construction should not be rainy
（2）Preparation of the diluent	Dilute 8-10 times with water. ※dilution ratio depends on the dust-proof period. ※For the dilution water, please use water which is without a problem to spray to the soil such as tap water, river water, rain water etc. ※By the construction method or construction surface, you’d better use with other dilution factor or application rate above.
（3）The method of application	Spread evenlyadjusted dilutions with spraying pump ( 1 ～ 2kg/m²） ※application rate depends on the dust-proof period. ※Please make sure not to let it go into the drainage ditch and the river. (Will be cloudy) ※When you use the engine pump, please spray adjusting discharge amount to about half.
（4）Repeat spraying	Repeat steps(2)〜(3)
（5）Clean up	The equipments that were used to spray, please let them soak in water before drying agent, or wash with water. Do not wash cleaning liquid (white water) or waste away down to the drain, should be sown in soil.
（6）Work completion	Dust-proof effect will demonstrate after drying agent, please be careful not to pass the construction site prior to drying. Even after construction, appearance does not change the state. ※The soil surface will remain white in part after the spraying, but after drying is almost colorless.

Attention in the use

• Please postpone when it is like to rain or at construction that is muddy after rain on the ground.
• Recommend to test at the space in advance.
• Wear protective equipment glasses, protective gloves, protective mask, etc..
• Please do not spray by high-washer sprayer. (Will clog.)
• Dust prevention effect will be exhibited after drying, so do not pass the construction site prior to drying.
  It takes several hours to dry in the good weather in summer, or about half a day to a whole day when it’s cludy.
• Make sure not to let it go into the drainage ditch and the river.
• Do not wash waste liquid away down to the drain (dispose to the soil)
• The equipments that were used to spray, please let them soak in water before drying agent, or wash with water.
• When storing, avoid direct sunlight, and save it in the location of 5 ~ 25 ℃.
  In addition, keep it in a tightly sealed situation always not to dry after opening a letter, please do use up in less than one month.

Scattering inhibitory effect of dust has been confirmed by wind tunnel tests.

• FRYNET R” operation didn’t scatter sand almost in wind speed 10m/sec.
• Wind speed 30m/sec. was also okay.
• Even on the wind tunnel test for six months, the amount of scattered sand by “FRYNET R” treatment outdoors, the result did not change almost.
